Healthy Skin

How do I keep my skin healthy over the summer?
I have very fair, light Irish skin that burns easily and tans slightly. I want to keep my skin free from burn and healthy from chapping and UV rays over the summer, but I also want to get a bit of a tan- what can I do to tan but not burn and still stay healthy?
How To Get Rid Of Wrinkles

How do I get rid of wrinkles under my eyes?
I have wrinkles under my eyes and I’m only 14! =0
They’re not like massive but I still want to get rid of them before it’s too late.
I get enough sleep I think and I don’t wear much eye make-up (only for special occassions really) so I don’t know what’s caused it really…
Any advice for smoothing them out again? Thanks!
Do Natural Wrinkle Remedies Exist? How About a Natural Wrinkle Cure?
Natural wrinkle remedies are a kind of holy grail for most of us. A natural wrinkle cure? Just a dream.
Skin wrinkles, especially facial wrinkles, send an unmistakable message: this person is getting old. In our world, where youthful skin is prized and old age doesn’t get much respect, wrinkles are frightening.
So in 2007, Americans spent about $14 billion (yes, that’s billion) on facelifts, dermabrasion and other cosmetic surgery and procedures, most of them painful — and sometimes fatal. It would be nice if natural wrinkle remedies worked, but unfortunately they don’t. Don’t be offended; I know that cherished skin remedies get passed down from grandmother to mother to granddaughter. But, really, all you are relying on is anecdotal (what you personally experience) evidence. This is no basis to judge if something is a natural wrinkle cure.
I’ve heard about people applying all kind of stuff to their skin. They raid the kitchen cupboard and whip up bizarre skin cream concoctions. Sometimes things like honey, egg whites, vegetable oil, even melted chocloate are used. And articles about these homemade natural wrinkle remedies, it seems, are in every issue of some womens magazines. I don’t get it. How do I know they don’t work? It’s because they don’t target the root causes of wrinkles. You disagree? Maybe you have been using a family wrinkle-cure recipe for years and have smooth skin. Well, it’s more likely that you just have great skin genetics, not that your kitchen creation is a natural wrinkle cure. What are the three root causes of wrinkles?
