Neck Firming Cream â Are You Using An Effective One?
How many times we have seen ourselves in mirror and worried about that wrinkled and sagging skin of neck. You will not believe that for many years I was under the impression that my neck firming cream was the best. But I was wrong because I was not getting the results that I wanted. Then I took a step back to find out what was I doing wrong. On researching a bit I found out the answer. I never realized what my skin actually needed. I was just trying to treat it superficially. I never thought that my skin needed treatment from inside. To tell you the truth most firming neck creams provide nurturing topically. For best results the nurturing has to be provided deep inside. When did some more research I came to know that our body generates a protein called collagen. Collagen is responsible for maintaining the firmness and elasticity of skin. With age our body produces lesser amount of collagen and that leads to wrinkles and sagging skin. Moreover in todayâs environment various other factors like pollution, exposure to sun rays can further damage the skin and result in dark spots and dry skin. These external factors can be taken care by remedies like using a moisturizer or a spot removal cream. But to treat the loss of collagen the treatment has to be done internally. What we need is an effective delivery mechanism that delivers the nutrients and supplements deep inside the skin. Why because if these nutrients are supplied superficially they get easily washed off. There is a variety of neck firming cream available that you can choose from, but how to make the right choice? Itâs easy. Allow me to walk you through the selection process.Things to Avoid1.   Fragrances â Do you know that fragrances are made up of more than 4000 potential harmful chemicals? And these chemicals can get absorbed in your bloodstream via skin.2.   Parabens â Use of parabens is a controversial topic. There are studies that say the parabens are supposedly carcinogenic materials. So better stay away from them.3.   Synthetic Oils â They are not natural oils and lead to clogged skin pores thus doesn’t let our skin get rid of toxins.Effective Ingredients to look forVitamin E (alpha tocopherol) â Vitamin E is a powerful anti oxidant and helps us fight the damaging effects of free radicals. Cynergy TK â Most amazing ingredient that helps in rejuvenating the skin. It assists in growth of collagen and hence makes skin more elastic. An effective neck firming cream will follow the above guidelines while manufacturing the products. Make the right choice; select the best neck firming cream and enjoy the everlasting youthful skin you have always wanted.
Hormones and Their Role in Aging
Stomach weight is associated with making the arteries age. Your arteries supply blood through out your whole system and if these become blocked it can cause many problems for you. Obesity can lead to a heart attack, memory loss, the skin will wrinkle and strokes can occur too, which is all caused from the blocked arteries. Your diet plays an important role in helping to keep these arteries clear. You need to include a certain amount of goods fats in you diet if nothing else eating nuts for a snack. Keeping the mind busy and enjoying activity helps the brain and it will help prevent depression, anxiety and stress. Everyone seems to get these three things as we age because we slow down and don’t get out enough. It is very important to be with people and get that exercise to keep your mind from thinking and worrying so much. Watch your diet keeping it in control and enjoy many activities. You’ll feel and look better as you age. We can consider all these aspects, yet to find a clear vision of what healthy aging means to you, we have to consider hormones. The glands produce several hormones, including the Human Growth Hormone. (HgH) Science shows the body produces enough but it doesn’t release all of it as we age. The low levels of human growth hormone cause wrinkling of skin, reduction of energy and sexual performance. Gray hair is incurred from hormonal deficiencies. The hormone will also cause increases of body fats, and puts you at the risk of heart disease. You will lose muscle mass from deficient HgH, which can lead to shrinking of bodily organs. Studies were conducted that shown results from 26 men. These men were between the ages 61 and early 80s. The studies shown that the supplement of Human Growth Hormone slowed the aging process 10-20 years total. After giving HgH, these men showed improvements, which enhanced muscle strength. The skin tone was enhanced as well as the memory. The overall of aging has not been stopped but important signs of maturity are improved.Vitamin A is known to help the eyes but in recent studies, it was discovered that it is also helps release the human growth hormone. Just remember when buying supplements in a health food store the labels are not always accurate. When taking any hormone replacement supplements make sure that you consult with your doctor, only he or she knows what is best for you. Since supplements, Vitamins, or replacement therapies may include side effects, you want your doctors advice first before administering these remedies. Women rely on estrogen to maintain healthy bones. Women need these hormones to reduce the risks of shrinking in bone density. Women will often experience symptoms that form into osteoporosis when estrogen is deficient. Estrogen will often slow as a woman ages, and usually after menopause the woman’s lipid levels drop. This can cause high cholesterol also, since LDL increases. In addition, lipid levels when increased can lead to blocked arteries, or coronary blood vessel/artery disease. After a woman goes through menopause she, starts to age for the reason that the ovaries begin to slow the production of progesterone and estrogen. These major hormones control menstrual cycles, which stop at this point. Men rely on testosterone to maintain their youth. This hormone controls a male’s sex drive, facial hair growth and so on. We all have our hormones that perform many actions, yet in some instances we need replacement, especially as we grow old. Sometimes replacing the hormones will slow the aging process, thus promoting healthy aging.
Iron Deficiency Causes Anaemia
Anaemia may be defined as a condition in which there is a decrease in the quantity of haemoglobin or in the number of red cells. Anaemia is among the most common ailments affecting human beings. Nearly half the blood flowing in our veins and arteries consists of red blood cells which carry oxygen to the tissues. Approximately one trillion or 100 million new blood cells are formed daily in the bone marrow. The raw materials required in the production of these cells are iron, proteins, and vitamins, especially folic acid and B12. Of these, iron and proteins are essential in building up the red colouring matter called haemoglobin. A red cell has a lifespan of approximately one hundred and twenty days and is then destroyed and replaced. Each person should have about 15 gm of haemoglobin per 100 ml of blood, and a blood count of approximately five million red cells per millimetre of blood.
Types of Anaemia: Apart from the regular kind of anaemia that is usually caused by iron deficiency there are many variants of the disease. The bone marrow of human body creates the red blood cells. If these get damaged by any chance, the generation of healthy red blood cells is thwarted. This leads to the development of a rare type of Anaemia and it is known as aplastic anaemia.
Facial Exercise or Botox
Once the Hippocratic Oath was considered a rite of passage for practitioners of medicine; it was a promise traditionally taken by physicians pertaining to the ethical practice of medicine. Over the years the wording has changed to reflect a more modern language; however, an oath of some type is uttered by most physicians accepting the responsibility to practice medicine or is it to practice responsible medicine?
Botox, Restylane and Collagen are the darlings of many cosmetic surgeons’ because these products create a huge cash flow upsurge that boosts their bottom line. These same products provide a very temporary result that requires multiple treatments every year; most patients, mainly women, are willing to continue the injections giving no thought to how their faces will look or behave if they stop using these crutches.
A FDA article says, “In 2001, more than 1.6 million people received injections, an increase of 46 percent over the previous year. More popular than breast enhancement surgery and a potential blockbuster, Botox is regarded by some as the ultimate fountain of youth.” On the other hand, the FDA describes Botox Cosmetic as a toxin.
http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/ANSWERS/2002/ANS01147.html Updating the figure for injections, Botox led the way in 2005.
Should there be concern for over-treatment or abuse when it comes to using these products? The above referenced FDA article echoes concern that Botox use could be easily abused, especially when untrained and unqualified people are doing the injecting at $500 a treatment. Abuse also comes when the patient complains to the care giver that the treatment was not as effective as promised so the injection is repeated before the recommended waiting period has lapsed.
If the results of a typical injection last 120 days, that means a patient returns at least three times per year to repeat the procedure to maintain that paralyzed look. At what point does a patient reach saturation with these drugs? One-tenth of a teaspoon, the typical amount of product used for the forehead, doesn’t sound like much in terms of product usage but the burning question remains: what is the long-term ramification of injecting a toxin into the body several times a year?
Most cosmetic Botox injections target the forehead lines, the concentration lines between the brows and the area around the eyes. These particular lines and creases indicate that the underlying muscles have lost elasticity and tone from atrophy coupled with continued repetitive motion. Yes, the motion needs to be stopped but surprisingly, stopping the learned behavior of frowning or raising the forehead when emoting requires behavior modification not paralyzing toxins.
There is a non-invasive, all natural remedy for muscles that are lax – it’s not an injection and it’s not a cream. It’s exercise! Exercise using isometric and resistance movements can easily tighten the underlying muscles of the face and neck. Imagine, learning a series of exercise motions that you can use forever and the results can stave off the need for injections because the underlying muscles will plump up and become strong again. When the muscles are made stronger, the skin feels and acts like younger skin.
Botox is not the Fountain of Youth – it is a toxin that blocks the release of a chemical by nerve cells that signal muscle contraction. When normal muscle contraction is inhibited, new wrinkles can begin their formation. That’s right – New wrinkles are developed when compensating for other muscles lack of movement.
Exercise for the face can keep the underlying muscles strong so that wrinkles are less likely to form. Why resort to man-made chemicals when exercise can help you look younger and healthier? Remember, beauty injections do not cure; they only temporarily mask the symptoms.

Is Exercise the Best Solution to Slow Further Aging, to Stay Fit, Healthy and Sexy?
Sometimes a person may wonder how they obtained wrinkles, illnesses, crowfeet, cellulite and so on. As they continue to look back, they may wonder why they didn’t take care of self.
How body fat causes aging:
As we start to age normal body fat increases up to 30%. The fat will spread out over the body, which usually the stomach gets the highest volume of fat. The skin has less fat, which cause the skin to thin out. As the skin thins it causes wrinkles to occur. Unnatural wrinkles occur when a person smokes or else exposes the flesh excessively to the sun throughout their life. As the skin thins, the functions and the body form starts to disintegrate and aging continues to beg to be excused. Upon the declining phase internal organ reactions or functions, begin to decline as well. After a person turns 30, the body starts to send many other regrets. Declination continues downhill from there on out. The body’s functional reserves helps the healthy aging souls carry on, since particular organs can pull the weight.
