Can I use an Anti-Aging face Cream before I have any wrinkles?

I am only 23 and wrinkle free. Can I start using an anti aging cream for prevention, or will it do any harm? And which do you recommend, there are SO many.

I heard it can cause forms of skin cancer, not sure if it’s true though.

Rather than using anti aging products the best way to prevent it is just to get a good skincare routine and lots and lots of SPF.
