Will facial wrinkle cream help the deep, ugly rough, wrinkles in my hands?

i have very deep wrinkles in my hands and it makes them very rough and disgusting and im only 16.
Will it work?

Buy a hand cream. Neutrogena is good and so is Clarins.Before you go to bed at night apply a thick layer of handcream and put on a pair of cotton gloves and leave on overnight.Your hands should be nice and soft in the morning.I would say the deep wrinkles you see are dehydration lines so you need to add moisture back into your hands
