I have forehead wrinkles, what do I do about them?

I am only 14, so there is not much that I can do about them, when ever I raise my eyebrows, my forehead wrinkles up and leaves lines after I relax them.
That means when I get older I will have bad forehead wrinkles, what can I do to prevent them from starting now?

Stop raising your eyebrows.
Use a good moisturizer.
Sunscreen every single day
Do NOT tan
Drink 10 glasses of water and green tea daily
