Try laying down very still and put a slice of cucumber on each eye for about 20 minutes it reduces puffiness and redness.
However, for wrinkles, you should try using vaseline or a gentle eye lotion and just massaging your under eye for a good 10 minutes to soothe it out.

I wouldn’t be too concerned about your expression lines, unless of course they are frown lines. If this is the case, start smiling more immediately!

Depends on how old you are… under 35 i’d say you can skip the professional treatments and just apply creams made specifically for your age group. Usually those will attempt to prevent wrinkles instead of fighting them. And no they’re not “too” invasive unless you have very sensitive skin. And chemical peels are usually better than dermabrasion (which can leave scars). But unless you have really bad damage, skip the peels and dermatological treatments until you’re 40 or 50. And if you’re under 20 well just go with preventive care: sunscreen, moisturizer. Although if you opt for the treatments be aware your skin will look raw and horrible for at least a week afterwards. Be warned.
