Does scar reduction cream work on wrinkles?

I’m starting to develop a crease in my forehead from making mean faces all the time and I’m curious if a scar-fading cream would work to minimize it. Or could you recommend a cheap, but effective product.

1) don’t make mean faces
2) wrinkles aren’t scars
3) there are creams for that
